The Midnight series of prints tries to evoke our eternal quest to identify some color in the heart of dark spots. Look deep and patiently into the shadowy depths and shapely reflections slowly reveal themselves.  This one-of-a-kind monotype print is named "Gryphon." There's movement in the hazy background. Are they friend or foe today? Sometimes the dark allows for an easier chance to meditate on the day. (art: H: 15 1/4" x W: 24" / paper: H: 21 1/2" x W: 28 1/2"). Signed & dated front (pencil) & back (archival ink). The black BFK Rives paper is thick at 280 gsm (grams per square meter).
